Hojo Undo

The hojo undo are fundamentals of Uechi-Ryu Karate DO performed at the beginning of each class as warm up exercises to help students develop proper technique.  Hojo undo are techniques taken from our katas, also known as the technical fundamentals of Uechi-Ryu.
