From left fighting sanchin, step through to right sanchin with a right front punch.

Begin in a left sanchin for all defenses. Step straight back to right sanchin with a right outside wauke (use two hands for ALL blocks of punches that could reach you).

Step through to left sanchin with a left front punch.

Step back and to your right into left sanchin with a left wauke, sliding up the attacker's arm to the shoulder and grabbing strongly. Quickly throw a right front punch to the ribs under the attacker's left arm, and quickly separate from the attacker.

From right sanchin, throw a left, front punch stepping through.

Right inside wauke the first punch while stepping back to right sanchin.

Then a right, front punch, stepping through.

Left middle block (teisho uke) the second punch while stepping back to left sanchin, sliding your block up to the shoulder and grabbing there with your left hand, and at the wrist with your right. Yank hard to break your opponent's stance, and target a right front punch at the temple.

From right sanchin, throw a left front punch stepping through.

Right middle block the first punch, stepping back to right sanchin.

Then a right, front punch, stepping through.

Right wauke the second punch, while sliding backwards and to your left. Grab with your right hand and right front kick the attacker's ribs.

From a left stance, throw a right sidekick at the midsection. Your right leg will be deflected to your right.

Swiftly step backward to avoid the sidekick (this is the block), then with your right arm positioned in the center of your body as a guard, catch the sidekick with a scooping motion of your left forearm (trailing fingers, then letting them wrap around to catch--motion from Seichin, Kanchin, or Sanseiryu.) Toss the leg to your left.

Throw a left roundhouse kick. Your partner will retreat from this kick.

Absorb the roundhouse kick by raising your right leg to meet your right elbow. Set your right leg down behind you (left sanchin, step back to draw an over-committed shuto).

Follow with a shuto into the neck driven with a full step into right sanchin.

Respond to the shuto by sliding forward, with one hand aimed at the face and braced by the other hand. Grab the left shoulder, unbalance the attacker by sinking down and driving into a right horsestance, elbow the ribs or head if convenient and backfist the nose, then separate.

Left forward side kick

-Blcok kick with a left sweeping down block slide in, grab left arm / shoulder of opponent right reverse punch to head.

From left sanchin, slide forward and right front punch high

Slide back with a left highrising block or left inside wauke.

Swiftly follow the punch by a right front kick to the midsection. Set your right foot down in front of you.

Slide back with a left downblock.

Fire a left roundhouse kick.

Slide back with a right crossblock.

Fire a right roundhouse kick, chasing down your opponent.

STEP BACK swiftly and crossblock to the left. Generate enough distance to make the block merely a controlling move. Bring your lower (right hand) over to grab the leg, in a miniature wauke. Glide around to the attacker's back, grabbing the right shoulder with your left hand and pressing your forearm diagonally across the back so you can resist an attempt to turn in either direction. Throw a right front punch to the back of the neck.
